摘 要:本文提出了电解锰渣煅烧脱硫并用作水泥混合材的资源化利用途径。采用半工业回转窑试验系统进行了纯干锰渣和96%干锰渣+4%焦炭两种方案的煅烧脱硫试验,对脱硫锰渣用作水泥混合材进行了一系列性能检测。结果表明:纯干锰渣方案的脱硫效果不理想,脱硫率仅83.2%,且煅烧成品没有活性,不能用作活性混合材。加入4%焦炭的方案可使脱硫率大幅提高至99.2%,且煅烧成品的活性可达73%,活性较好,将其按30%的比例加入水泥后,水泥的强度、安定性、凝结时间等技术指标均能符合GB175—2007中的规定。The calcination and desulfurization method of manganese slag were studied, and the utilization method of manganese slag as cement admixture was also studied. The rotary kiln pilot scale experiments were carried out for two raw material schemes: simple dry manganese slag and 96% dry manganese slag + 4% coke. The performance of the ealeine product were tested when it was used as cement additive. The resuhs indicated that the desulfurization effect of the simple dry manganese slag was not ideal. The desulfurization rate was only 83.2%, and the calcine product was out of activation, so it cannot be used as active cement additive. The scheme with 4% coke added would increase the desulthrization rate to 99.2%, and the activation of calcine product was 73%, which showed a good activation. When the cement was added with 30% calcine product, the technique parameters of cement, such as strength, soundness and setting time, could conform to the requirements of GB175--2007.
