摘  要:分析了AS1.398蛋白酶、2709蛋白酶和工业胰酶中的蛋白组分含量、不溶物含量、灰分含量、重金属含量以及挥发性物质,通过定性和定量方法评估制革用酶制剂组分对环境的风险。结果表明:工业酶制剂中95%以上为其他添加成分,蛋白组分所占的比例不到5%。3种工业酶制剂重金属含量均符合国家标准要求。顶空微萃取技术和气质联用技术测定了3种酶制剂中挥发性物质的组成及相对含量,结果未发现需特别关注的挥发性物质。说明在制革过程中使用的工业酶制剂,不含需要特别关注的有害物质,不会带来新的环境风险。The contents of protein, insoluble matter, ash, heavy metals and the volatile organic compounds of the protease AS1. 398, protease 2709 and industrial trypsin preparations were analyzed. The environmental risks of enzyme in leather industry were investigated with qualitative and quantitative methods. The results show that the protein contents in the above three enzymes are below 5% , and the additive ingredients are over 95%. The contents of heavy metals in the three enzymes are lower than that of the national standards. The contents of the volatile substance in the three enzymes were analyzed by the headspace solid phase mi- croextraction( HS- SPME)combined with GC -MS. The results show that there is no volatile components in the three enzymes which need special concern. It indicates that the enzyme preparations applied in leather manufacture are safe to environment and contains no special hazardous chemicals.
