摘  要:主要研究了超声波辅助作用下酸性染料染獭兔毛纤维的染色性能。本试验中超声波的功率设定为100W、频率设定为45k Hz,在此基础上对超声波的作用时间进行了优化。选用常规和超声波辅助染色对獭兔毛纤维进行染色,通过扫描电镜、分光光度计、单纤维电子强力仪和色度色差分析仪等仪器,测定超声波辅助作用下獭兔毛纤维的表面形态和染色性能的变化,结果表明:超声波作用于獭兔毛纤维,使其表面产生了刻蚀作用,提高了染料的上染率和固色率,缩短了染色时间。本试验中,超声波辅助作用下,染料的上染率提高3%以上,染色时间缩短约10min。The influence of the ultrasonic on rex rabbit furs dyeing with anionic dyestuffs was studied. The ultrasonic power was set with 100W, frequency was set with 45 kHz and on the basis of that, the parameters including the treating time of the ultra- sonic assisted dyeing was optimized. The conventional and ultrasound assisted dyeing method were investigated. To obtain the changes of surface morphology and dyeing properties of the rex rabbit fibers, the surface and the dyeing propehies of the rex rabbit fibers were characterized by standard electronic modules( SEM), YG001 A single fiber electronic strength tester, spectrophotome- ter, and color analyzer. The results show that after the treatment, the rex rabbit fibers exhibit etching which improves dyeing rate and dyeing fixation, shortens the dyeing time. The dyeing rate increases above 3% and the time shortens about 10min.
