摘　　要：在居住实态调查的基础上,分析了确定住宅朝向应考虑的两个因素:人们功能上的需求与经常被设计人所忽视的精神上的潜在需求,从而说明,在住宅设计中要注重对人们潜在需求的研究,真正做到“以人为本”。Combining with on-the-spot dwelling investigation,the authors analyse two house orientation factors:people's functional requirements and potential mental requirements often neglected by designers.It is demonstrated that we should pay more attention to analyse people's potential requirements in housing design to realize the idea of giving first consideration for the people.
