多业主高层楼宇物业管理费用问题探讨

摘　　要：分析了多业主高层楼宇物业管理存在的公共服务和维修基金等费用问题,建议制定《高层楼宇公共服务费编制办法》和《高层楼宇设备设施更新基金筹措、使用、管理办法》两个办法,同时完善业主主导机制、合同约束机制和费用监督机制三种机制。The author analyses expense problems in property management of multiowner highrise building and proposes to formulate″Method for Working Out Public Service Expenses of Highrise Building″and″Method for Raising,Use and Management of Facilities Renewal Fund for Highrise Building″and to improve three mechanisms of owner guiding,contract restriction and fund supervision.
