复方益母草口服液与益母草颗粒治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:比较复方益母草口服液与益母草颗粒治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法:160例药物流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,两组均采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇口服终止妊娠,排出孕囊后观察组给予复方益母草口服液20ml,po,tid,对照组给予益母草颗粒5 g,po,bid,疗程均为5 d。观察比较两组孕囊排出时间、阴道出血持续时间、出血量和流产用药前后的血红蛋白值。结果:两组孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出血量大于月经量的患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05);服用药物5 d后观察组的血红蛋白平均值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);用药期间无明显不良反应发生。结论:复方益母草口服液在减少出血量,改善患者贫血症状方面比益母草颗粒的效果更显著,值得临床广泛应用与推广。Objective： To compare the efficacy of compound motherwort oral solution and motherwort granules in the treatment of colporrhagia after drug abortion. Methods： Totally 160 cases of drug abortion in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （n = 80）. The two groups were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol to end the pregnancy. After the drug abortion, the observation group was treated with compound motherwort oral solution, 20 ml, po, tid, and the control group was treated with motherwort granule, 5 g, po, bid, and the course of treatment was 5 days. The discharge time of gestational sac, colporrhagia days, amount of bleeding and hemoglobin values before and after the abortion were observed and compared in the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in the discharge time of gestational sac and the time of vaginal bleeding between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The number of patients with more amount of bleeding than menstruation in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the 5-day treatment, the average values of hemoglobin in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion： Compound motherwort oral solution is more effective than motherwort granule in the aspect of reducing bleeding amount and improving anemia, which is worthy of wide use and spreading in clinics.
