摘 要:目的:对保健品中添加的西布曲明进行快速检测。方法:用便携式拉曼光谱仪对市场上几种添加了微量西布曲明的保健品进行快速检测,实验条件:激发波长:785 nm±0.5 nm,光谱覆盖范围:175~3 100 cm^(-1),信号采集时间20 s,光谱分辨率:8 cm^(-1)。结果:研究表明,表面增强拉曼光谱法可快速检测出添加于保健品中的微量西布曲明,检测结果与传统方法检测的结果相吻合。结论:该方法快速、简便、无损,可作为检测保健品中非法添加的微量西布曲明的快检方法。Objective: To rapidly detect sibutramine added in health care products. Methods: The rapid detection of trace sib- utramine added in several health care products was performed using a portable Raman spectrometer. The experimental conditions were as follows: the excitation wavelength was (785 ±0.5)nm, the spectral range was 175-3 100 cm-1 , the signal collecting time was 20 s and the spectral resolution was 8 cm -1. Results: The result showed that surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy could detect trace sib- utramine added in health care products, and the detection results coincided with those of traditional method. Conclusion : Owing to its fast, simple and nondestructive properties, the presented method can be developed as a fast detection analysis method for trace sibutramine illegally added in health care products.
