摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定乳癖消颗粒中连翘苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈为流动相A,以5%乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱(0~28 min,5%~22%A;28~45 min,22%~23%A);检测波长为203 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温为30℃;进样量为10μl。结果:连翘苷在1.090~70.000μg·ml^(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=1.97%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、稳定、可靠,可用于乳癖消颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of phillyrin in Rupixiao granules. Methods： The chromatographic column was Diamonsil Cls （250 mm x 4.6 ram, 5 μm） using acetonitrile （A） and 5% acetonitrile （B） as the mobile phase with gradient elution （0-28 min, 5%-22% A; 28-45 rain, 22%-23% A）. The wavelength was set at 203 urn, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml · min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The injection volume was 10 μl. Results： The linear range of phillyrin was 1. 090-70.000 μg · ml - 1 （ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 98.84% （ RSD = 1.97%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The developed method is convenient, reliable and accurate, which can be used for the determination of phillyrin in Rupixiao granules.
