摘 要:论述合金元素C、W、Cr、V、RE在钢中的作用及高耐磨合金钢W1成分的选择。介绍了四因素三水平正交设计法进行W1钢的冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺。稳定条件试验取得了良好的效果。推荐的W1化学成分为CIIWIIICrIVII,其洛氏硬度HRC达到 62 .4 8,冲击韧性αK 达到 2 2 .85J cm2 。与M2高速工具钢相比 ,HRC高一些 ,αK 稍低一些 ,但合金元素含量仅为M2钢的 4 0 %左右 ,生产成本低 ,经济效益十分显著。This paper discusses the function of alloying elements C, W, Cr, V, RE in steel and the selection of the component of high wear_resistant alloy steel W 1. The smelting technology of the production of W 1 steel is introduced when adopt four_factor and three_level orthogonal design method, the method of forging and heat_treated technology are adopted. The stable condition tests show great effects. The chemical composition of the recommended W 1 is C II W III Cr IV II , its Luoshi hardness HRC is 62.48, Shock toughness α K is 22.85 J/cm 2. Comparing it to the high_speed tool M2, the HRC is higher and α K is lower. But its alloying elements content is only about 40 percent of that of M2 steel. The cost of production has much lower, so its economic benefit is very remarkable.
