摘　　要：结合电气信息类专业大学生的特点和黑龙江科技大学的实际情况,电气信息类专业大学生创业创新能力培养体系的构建应从创业理念培养、创业教育课程设置和教学模式、师资队伍建设、创业教育扶持体系、创业教育质量评价五方面进行创新。Combined with characteristic of electrical engineering and information specialty and heilongjiang university of science and technology, the construction of undergraduate electrical engineering entrepreneurial and innovative ability cultivation system are discussed in this paper from five aspects : the concept of entrepreneurship education, curriculum and teaching mode, teacher team construction, the support system of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education quality evaluation.
