摘　　要：通过对 2 1世纪电大定位的分析 ,以及电大正向数字化、多媒体、交互式的教学管理网络的方向发展 ,强调了电大图书馆重心工作转向信息中介服务的必然性 。In this essay, the author mainly analyzes the orientation of TV University in 21st century and the trend of digitalization, multimedia and interactive networked teaching and management, stresses the necessity of shifting the focus of TV University library work to medium service; probes into the model of information service and compound qualified personnel needed by the library under the networked circumstances.
