摘　　要：中国社会创业制度建设的关键 ,在于企业多层次合约的优化 ,包括由政府合约、社会合约和学界合约组成的企业外部合约 ,由产业合约、信用合约和规则合约组成的企业之间合约 ,由资本家层面合约、企业家层面合约和企业职工层面合约组成的企业内部合约。The improvement of multilevel hierarchy contract is the key to enterprise system construct of Chinese society,which includes the outer contract made of government contract,society contract and academic contract,the mutual contract made of industry contract,credence contract and regulation contract,the inter contract made of capitalist contract,entrepreneur contract and worker contract.
