摘　　要：本文论述了高等院校系属资料室的独特作用 ,并从加强统一管理 ;提高技术管理手段 ;优化收藏结构 ;改进服务方式 ,提高服务质量 ;This article discussed the specific functions of the Institutions of higher learning department reference room, and demonstrated the counter measure of improving the reference room's efficacy from five sides that strengthening unified management, improving technology means, adjusting collected structure, making technology means, adjusting collected structure, making service pattern better, improving its service and reference personnel's quality.
