摘　　要：本文主要探讨了减持国有股的核心目的,国有股减持的比例问题,减持公司的选择原则和国有股减持与保证股市稳定的关系。This article probed into the key aim and the proportion of the State-Owned shares’ reduction.In this text,the principle of the state-owned shares’ reduction company’s choice and the relation between the State-Owned shares’ reduction and the ensurance of the stock market’s stability.
