摘　　要：培养少数民族干部是中国共产党民族政策的重要组成部分。本文论述了中国共产党建党近 80年来 ,特别是新中国建立 5 0年来 ,中国共产党培养少数民族干部政策的提出、初步形成、基本形成到不断发展。Training minority cadres is the main point of the CCP nationality policy.This article discussed, the main content of the CCP traning minority cadres policy, putting forward, elementary formation, basal formation, continuous development and perfection and the change of policy, in about eighty-year from CCP foundation, especially in fifty-year from new China foundation.
