摘　　要：民族平等和民族团结政策是中国共产党民族政策中的总政策。本文论述了中国共产党民族平等和民族团结政策在新民主主义时期形成和发展。National equality and national unity policy are the overall one of the Chinese Communist Party national policy. This article discusses the process that the Chinese Communist Party national equality and national unity policy developed and formed during the new democracy doctrine, developed and perfected tortuously during socialism.
