脑宁康胶囊对中风病先兆证患者内皮功能、血小板活化功能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑宁康防治中风病先兆证临床疗效的内在机制。方法 :中风病先兆证患者 171例 ,随机分为脑宁康验证组和维脑路通对照组。观察两组治疗前后临床积分、内皮素 (ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)、血小板膜表面受体 (CD62 P)、血清可溶性血管细胞粘附因子 (sVCAM - 1)等参数的变化。结果 :验证组临床显效率(33.33% )、总有效率 (94 .73% )及用药后临床积分 (6 .11± 1.10 )均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,验证组用药后临床积分极显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。一年内验证组中风发生率 (2 .6 3% )明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。验证组治疗后ET 1、NO、CD62P、sVCAM - 1分别为 (6 1.0 5± 2 6 .98)pg/ml、(4716 .98± 74 1.0 2 )pg/ml、(1.4 9± 0 .0 5 ) %、(779.9± 4 0 .3)pg/ml,较治疗前均极显著改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,以上参数与对照组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑宁康胶囊之所以能够明显改善中风病先兆证症状 ,有效控制中风发生 ,与其能够明显改善血管内皮功能、血小板活化功能及机体免疫功能 ,从不同角度、不同层次对脑损伤诸多环节起到保护作用 。Objective:To approach the mechanism of clinical effect of Naoningkang on preveting and treating threatened apoplexy. Method:171 cases of threatened apoplexy were randomly divided into Naoningkang test group and Venoruton control group.The indexes such as clinical integrals before and after treatment ET -1 and NO in blood plasma, CD 62p and sVCAM-1 were observed.Result:After.treatment,clinical markedly effective rate (33.33%) ,total effective rate(94.73%)and clinical integral( 6.11 ±1.10)of the test group were distinctly better than those of the control group( P <0.05),and clinical integral of the test group after treatment was much better than that before treatment( P <0.01).The apoplexy incidence rate(2.63%)of the test group in one year was obviously lower than that.of the control group( P <0.05).After.treatment,ET -1 [61.05±26.98pg/ml] and NO[(4716.98±741.02)pg/ml] in blood.plasma,CD 62p [(1.49±0.05)%]and sVCAM-1[779.9±40.3)pg/ml]of the test group were significantly improved in comparison with those before treatment( P <0.01).There was remarkable. difference of the above indexes between the two groups( P <0.05),the Naoningkang test proup better than the Venoruton control group.Conclusion:The fact that Naoningkang capsule can markedly improve symptoms of threatened apoplexy and control effectively incidence of apoplexy has close relationship with its effect that is to improve obviously the function of blood vessel endothelium, platelet activation as well as immunity of organism for protecting cerebral injury from different angles or levels.
