肺癌中医护理方案的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌中医护理方案在临床中的应用情况及效果。方法选取在我科住院的肺癌患者81例,采用肺癌中医护理方案实施中医护理,观察护理效果、患者满意度等评价指标。结果辨证施护前81例肺癌患者体能状态评定指标卡氏评分（Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS）均值为（76.17±6.63）分,辨证施护后则为（80.12±7.33）分,前后对比差异有统计学意义（t=7.228,P〈0.01）;辨证施护后患者对护理的满意度达97.5%;肺癌相关症状的护理有效率达82.86%-100%。结论在临床上应用肺癌中医护理方案,有助于帮助患者减轻疾病相关症状,提高生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To study the clinical application and effects of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） nursing program on lung cancer. Methodse 81 hospitalized patients diagnosed with lung cancer were enrolled for the study. All of them accepted TCM nursing according to the TCM nursing program on lung cancer. Efficacy and patients＇ satisfaction were assessed after the nursing program. Resultse There was significant difference in Karnofsky Performance Status（ KPS） score before and after the TCM nursing [（ 76. 17 ± 6. 63） VS（ 80. 12 ± 7. 33）,t = 7. 228,P〈0. 01]. The patients＇ satisfaction on TCM nursing were 97. 5%,and the control rate of lung cancer related symptoms were up to 82. 86% ~ 100%. Conclusionse TCM nursing according to the TCM nursing program on lung cancer can significant relief the symptoms of lung cancer and improve the patients＇ quality of life,as well as the satisfaction on TCM nursing.
