摘　　要：本文把科技创新团队看作一个多投入多产出的科研生产组织,基于协同创新层面提出了评价体系设计的基本思路,分析了协同创新绩效的影响因素,构建了三层指标评价体系,利用DEA和Malmquist指数法从静态和动态分析相结合的角度进行了实证研究,得出了科技创新团队协同创新绩效评价结论和提升科技创新团队协同创新效率的一般性启示,为科技创新团队的协同创新绩效评价提供了一个新视角。In this paper, the science and technology innovation team was seemed as a muhiple input multiple output of scientific re- search and production organization. The design of the evaluation system of the team was developed based on the collaborative innovation level. It analyzed the influence factors of collaborative innovation performance and the index evaluation system, and built three layers. By using DEA and Malmquist index method from the angle of the combination of static and dynamic analysis, empirical research was carried out. The study provides a new perspective to evaluate the efficiency of collaborative innovation of science and technology innovation team.
