急性感染性喉炎患者地塞米松冲击治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地塞米松冲击治疗急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效,为制定急性感染性喉炎治疗方案提供依据。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月在医院接受治疗的急性感染性喉炎患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,两组患者均给予常规的止咳、抗感染等对症治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予地塞米松冲击治疗,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为97.50%、对照组为80.00%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状体征改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%、对照组为7.50%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论地塞米松冲击治疗急性感染性喉炎临床效果显著,临床症状体征改善明显,且安全性高,值得临床上推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of the impact therapy of dexamethasone on treatment of acute infectious laryngitis so as to put forward the treatment programs for the acute infectious laryngitis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute infectious laryngitis who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2013 to Jan 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each.Both groups were given the symptomatic treatments such as the conventional relieving cough and anti-infection;the observation group was treated with additional impact therapy of dexamethasone,and the control group was treated with budesonide.The clinical therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than80.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The time of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50%in the observation group,7.50% in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION The impact therapy of dexamethasone can achieve significant clinical effect on treatment of the acute infectious laryngitis and contribute to the remarkable improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,with the safety high,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
