摘　　要：目的分析重症肌无力(MG)患者医院感染发生情况及相关危险因素,以制定预防措施,减少医院感染的发生。方法利用感染实时监控系统(RT-NISS)对2011年11月-2015年4月神经内科收治的182例MG患者住院治疗的资料进行回顾性分析,分析医院感染发生情况及感染相关危险因素;采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 182例患者中发生医院感染16例,医院感染率为8.79%;年龄及起病年龄>60岁、住院天数>14d、发生肌无力危象、采用机械通气方面是医院感染的危险因素;患者年龄>60岁、发生肌无力危象是发生医院感染的独立危险因素。结论重症肌无力患者易发生医院感染,对高龄、发生肌无力危象的患者应加强预防措施。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections in the patients with myasthenia gravis（MG）and analyze the related risk factors so as to formulate the prevention measures and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.METHODS By means of real-time nosocomial infection surveillance system（RT-NISS）,the clinical data of 182 patients with MG who were hospitalized the department of neurology from Nov 2011 to Apr2015were retrospectively analyzed,then the incidence of nosocomial infections and the related risk factors for the infections were observed,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS Of 182 patients,16had the nosocomial infections,with the infection rate of 8.79%.The risk factors for the nosocomial infections included the age,age of onset more than 60 years old,length of hospital stay more than 14 days,myasthenia gravis crisis,and mechanical ventilation;the age more than 60 years old and myasthenia gravis crisis were the independent risk factors for the nosocomial infections.CONCLUSIONThe MG patients are at high risk of nosocomial infections,and it is necessary to take the prevention measures for the elderly patients with myasthenia gravis crisis.
