摘　　要：目的探讨有效提高医务人员手卫生依从性的方法,持续改进手卫生状况。方法 2012年6月-2013年6月应用PDCA循环管理模式对医务人员手卫生进行持续质量改进,通过计划、实施、检查、处理4个阶段,及时发现管理中的薄弱环节,不断总结改进,共调查医护人员185人,随机抽查医务人员手卫生知识、洗手及手消毒操作和洗手依从性,将结果录入Excel 2003数据库中,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析,采用χ2检验。结果实施PDCA循环后,普外科医务人员对手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生合格率和洗手依从性均有明显提高,分别从实施前的55.67%、61.19%、38.82%上升至实施后的95.97%、97.41%、90.55%,实施前后的手卫生状况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用PDCA循环进行持续质量改进,可有效提高医务人员手卫生依从性。OBJECTIVE To explore the effective measures for improvement of hand hygiene compliance of the health care workers so as to continuously improve the hand hygiene.METHODS The PDCA cycle management mode was employed to conduct the continuous quality improvement of hand hygiene of the health care workers,the weak links of the management were found out in a timely manner through 4stages,including plan,do,check,and action so as to make continuous improvement.A total of 185 health care workers were recruited to conduct a randomized test of the concept of hand hygiene,hand hygiene,hand disinfection indications,correct hand washing methods,and self protection;the test results were input into the Excel 2003 software,the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 13.0software,and the chi-square test was adopted.RESULTS The awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge of the health care workers of the general surgery department remarkably increased from55.67% before the implementation of PDCA cycle to 95.97% after the implementation of PDCA cycle,the qualified rate of hand hygiene increased from 61.19% to 97.41%,the hand washing compliance increased from 38.82%to 90.55%,and there was significant difference in the status of hand hygiene before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle.CONCLUSIONThe PDCA cycle is applied in the continuous quality improvement,which can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of the health care workers.
