摘　　要：分析了综合电子信息系统的需求组成要素,提出了系统作战、装备和技术3种基本需求要素,建立了需求验证流程框架,并重点介绍了基于人工评审的需求完备性、规范性和合理性验证,作战、装备与技术3种需求一致性验证,以及基于理论分析、仿真推演和原型测试的需求有效性验证等多种方法。最后,提出了综合电子信息系统需求分析验证的若干建议。The components of integrated command,control,communication,and computer,intelligence,surveillance and reconnaissance（C4ISR）system requirements are firstly analyzed.The factors of operational,equipment and technology requirements are given.Then,the process architecture to evaluate the requirements is established,and multiple methods for the requirement verifications are presented,including the method to validate requirement completeness,normalization and correctness by expert reviewing,the method to verify the concordance among the requirements of operation,equipment and technology,and the method to evaluate the requirement efficiency by theoretical analysis,computer-based wargaming and prototype experiment.Finally,several suggestions are presented for the development and the verification of C4 ISR system requirements.
