摘　　要：本钢南芬选矿厂红矿工艺流程于2009年运行,主要处理南芬露天铁矿的赤铁矿石,但金属回收率长时间不能满足设计要求。本次研究通过对高梯度强磁机选别流程改造以及针对强磁给矿浓度、流量、磁场强度等几方面的调整,以达到将红矿金属回收率提高至66%的目的。Nanfen Dressing plant operated limonite process in 2009, the main treatment of Nanfen open pit iron ore hematite ore, but the metal recovery rate can not meet the design requirements for a long time. The research on the high gradient strong magnetic machine selection process and the reform of the strong magnetic flux concentration, flow, magnetic field strength and other aspects of the adjustment so as to raise the metal recovery rate to 66%
