林氏降脂方对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察林氏降脂方对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:取60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,脂脉康胶囊组,林氏降脂方高(1.296 2 g/m L)、中(0.648 1 g/m L)、低剂量组(0.324 1 g/m L),每组10只。正常对照组普通饲料喂养,其余各组高脂乳剂联合高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症模型并按实验方案给药,6周后,处死各组大鼠,测定血清血脂水平及血液流变学指标。结果:与模型组相比较,脂脉康胶囊组及林氏降脂方高剂量组胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05),与模型组相比较,脂脉康胶囊组及林氏降脂方高、中、低剂量组高切、中切、低切全血黏度均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:林氏降脂方可改善高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学状态。Objective： To observe the influence of LinShiJiangZhi prescription on blood lipid and hemorheology of the rats with hyperlipoidemia. Methods： Sixty rats were randomized into normal control group, the model group, Zhi Mai Kang capsules group, high（1.296 2 g/mL）, moderate（0.648 1 g/mL） and low（0.324 1 g/mL） doses groups of LinShiJiangZhi prescription randomly, ten rats each group. The rats in normal control group were fed with ordinary fodder, other groups were fed with high fat emulsion combined with high fat fodder to establish the model with hyperlipoidemia, they were medicated according to experimental plan and sacrificed in six weeks to detect the levels of blood lipid and the indexes of hemorheology. Results： Compared with the model group, TC, TG and LDL of Zhi Mai Kang capsules group and high doses group of LinShiJiangZhi prescription decreased obviously（P〈0.05）,HDL-C raised obviously（P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, high shear, moderate shear and low shear whole blood viscosity of Zhi Mai Kang capsules group, high, moderate and low doses groups of LinShiJiangZhi prescription lowered significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LinShiJiangZhi prescription could improve blood lipid and hemorheology of the rats with hyperlipoidemia.
