摘　　要：总结了刘沈林教授"胃肾同治"理论辨证治疗胃癌的经验,刘教授根据患者的症状,舌苔,从中寻求辨证依据,另辟蹊径,胃肾同治,经常法治疗未能显效的部分患者,屡获奇效。Professor Liu Shenlin′s experience of treating gastric cancer by the theory of ＂treating stomach and kidney simultaneously＂ is reviewed in the article, he tried to find the evidence of syndrome differentiation according to the symptoms and tongue coating, and the therapy could obtain surprising effects in treating parts of the patients who were treated with common therapy but couldn＇t gain marked effects.
