从运气学说探讨乙未年慢性心力衰竭的诊治规律

摘　　要：根据乙未年的运气变化,结合慢性心力衰竭(以下简称慢性心衰)的发病特点,探讨乙未年慢性心衰的中医诊治规律:初之气,风气主令,要预防慢性心衰的诱发因素;二之气,燥气为主,慢性心衰患者可用甘寒药物滋心阴、抑心阳;三之气,湿火相和,心衰患者可"以甘缓之,以苦泻之";四之气,气候反常,有小逆,要防病发;五之气,燥金主气,可辅以宣表化痰宣肺治疗;终之气,寒水在泉,要注意防止寒邪诱发心脏病变。以上为乙未年运气规律,以期为慢性心衰的临床用药及养生提供思路。Doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is the theory of people investigating the motion laws of climate, and it could predict physiological and pathological changes of human body by infering climate changes, therefore, to guide the diagnosis, the therapy, pharmacy of disease and the nurse after the prognosis.The article is discussing the diagnostic and therapeutic rules of chronic heart failure in the year of the ram according to climate changes in the year of the ram and clinical features of chronic heart failure： the first, wind governs Qi, inducing factors of chronic heart failure should be prevented; the second, dryness evil governs the season, the patients with chronic heart failure could take the drugs of sweet and cold to nourish hear-Yin and inhibiting heart-Yang; the third, damp is mixed with fire in the long summer, the patients could follow the principles of ＂relieving with sweet and clearing with bitter＂; the forth, the weather is abnormal and changes, the disease should be prevented; the fifth,dryness governs the season, the patients could be treated by removing phlegm,dispersing the exterior and lung Qi; finally, coldness governs the period, cold evil should be prevented to induce pathological changes of the heart. All above are the rules of climate changes in the year of ram, which could provide thinking for clinical pharmacy and life nurturing for the patients with chronic heart failure.
