个案管理模式护理对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者心理和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个案管理模式护理对鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者心理和生活质量的影响。方法:将63例患者按照就诊顺序分为对照组30例和观察组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予个案管理模式护理,比较护理前后患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化,记录2组生活质量核心量表(QOL-C30)评分变化。结果:护理前,2组患者SAS评分和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者QOL-C30量表的各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者心理功能、躯体功能和社会功能维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组物质生活维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:个案管理模式护理可有效改善鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者的心理健康,提高生活质量。Objective： To explore the effects of individual case management mode nursing on the psychology and quality of life（QOL） of the patients who accepted nasal sputum deviation reconstruction under nasal endoscopy.Methods： All 63 patients were randomized into 30 cases of the control group and 33 cases of the observation group according to visiting time. The control group received routine care and the observation group individual case management nursing, to compare self rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self rating depression scale（SDS） between before and after nursing, and to record the changes of QOL-C30 in both groups. Results： Before nursing, SAS and SDS were compared between both groups and the difference had no statistical meaning（P〉0.05）, after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS obviously（P〈0.05）. Before nursing, the dimensional scales of QOL-C30 were compared between both groups and the difference showed no statistical meaning（P〉0.05）, after nursing, the observation group was superior to the control group in dimensional scales of psychological functions, somatic function and social functions obviously（P〈0.05）,the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of life dimensional scales between both groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Individual case management nursing could effectively improve psychological health and QOL of the patients who accepted nasal sputum deviation reconstruction under nasal endoscopy.
