康复护理配合针刀疗法对类风湿性关节炎腕关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察康复护理配合针刀疗法对类风湿性关节炎腕关节功能的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,2组在免疫抑制剂治疗的基础上,观察组接受针刀疗法配合康复护理;对照组采用针刀疗法配合内科常规护理,治疗3个月后观察相关指标的变化。结果:2组患者治疗后腕关节背伸度、掌曲度、双手握力增加,局部压痛点数、患者疼痛评分(VAS)减少,类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中腕关节背伸度、掌曲度、双手握力、局部压痛点数、患者疼痛评分的变化,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RF、ESR、CRP变化,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复护理配合针刀治疗能够有效改善类风湿性关节炎腕关节功能障碍。Objective： To observe the effects of rehabilitation care combined with needle-knife therapy on wrist joint function of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group, on the foundation of immunosuppressive agent for both groups, the observation group accepted needle-knife therapy and rehabilitation care; the control group accepted needle-knife therapy and routine care in the department of internal medicine, to observe the changes of the related indexes after treating in three months. Results： After treating, wrist joint dorsal extension, metacarpal flexion and grip strengthen of double hands increased, local tender points and visual analogue scales（VAS） decreased in both groups, rheumatoid factors（RF）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） and C-reactive protein（CRP） lowered, the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）; the treatment group was superior to the control group in the changes of wrist joint dorsal extension, metacarpal flexion and grip strengthen of double hands, local tender points and VAS changes, the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）, the difference had no statistical meaning in RF, ESR and CRP changes（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Rehabilitation care combined with needle-knife therapy could effectively improve wrist joint function of RA patients.
