摘  要:高炉富氧是高炉降本增效的重要措施之一。以新余钢铁有限公司高炉富氧为研究对象,对机前富氧、机后富氧的能耗进行了比较分析,同时从理论和实践两方面分析了氧气纯度与富氧综合能耗的关系,提出了比较合理的优化方案。介绍了高炉富氧节能改造实施情况。The oxygen-enrichment is one of the measures to lower the cost and increase the efficiency of the blast furnace. Here, with the oxygen-enrichment of blast furnace of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. as the research object, the energy consumption for the front oxygen-enrichment and the back oxygen-enrichment are compared and analyzed, the relationship between the oxygen purity and the composite energy consumption of the oxygen- enrichment are analyzed from both the theory and practice, and a rather reasonable optimization scheme is proposed. Here, the particulars on implementing the energy-saving reformation of oxygen-enrichment of the blast furnace are outlined.
