摘　　要：介绍了ECOSA湿法制硫酸生产工艺原理、工艺流程及特点,阐述了其主要技术经济指标,并分析了装置运行初期和近期的主要工艺参数。ECOSA湿法制硫酸工艺的应用,很好地解决了尾气达标排放的问题,具有工艺流程简单、硫回收率高、操作成本低、经济效益好等优点。The process principle, process flow and features of ECOSA wet-process sulfuric acid production are presented, the main technological and economic indicators are described, and the main technological parameters of the unit at early operation stage and recent operation period are analyzed. The use of ECOSA wet-process sulfuric acid production has solved the problem of tail gas emission up to standard very well, it has the advantages of simple process flow, high recovery of sulfur, low operating cost, and good economic benefits, etc.
