摘　　要：中等强国是全球治理的积极参与者。除维护国家利益外,一些中等强国还希望通过参与全球治理以谋求成为地区强国或有全球影响的大国。阿根廷的实践表明,中等强国在参与全球治理时应清醒认识自身实力和在国际体系中的地位,谨慎追求超出其实力的目标,并在巩固和提升现有地位的前提下逐步接近有潜力实现的目标。Middle powers are active participants in global governance. In addition to safeguarding primary national interests,some middle powers involved in the process of global governance also seek to become regional powers or big powers with global influence. Argentina ＇s practice shows that a middle power should have a correct understanding of its real strength and position in the international system,pursue the goals beyond its strength cautiously,and approach the goals it has the potential to achieve gradually by consolidating and enhancing its existing status.
