济南市男男性行为人群艾滋病病毒感染及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解济南市男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病毒感染状况及相关高危行为,为进一步采取有效防制策略提供依据。方法对2010-2013年济南市男男性行为人群哨点监测资料进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归。结果 2010-2013年人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)和梅毒感染率逐年上升,4年HIV感染率分别为2.0%、5.0%、6.8%和10.8%;梅毒感染率分别为6.0%、9.5%、15.0%和17.8%;多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,MSM人群HIV感染和年份、梅毒感染、最近6个月不坚持使用安全套、发生商业性行为、在本地居住时间以及最近半年是否与异性发生性行为有关。结论 2010-2013年,济南市MSM人群HIV和梅毒感染率上升趋势明显,促进HIV传播的不安全高危行为广泛存在,迫切需要对该人群开展有效行为干预工作,降低HIV在该人群中的传播。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and risk factors associated with HIV among men who have sex with men（ MSM） in Jinan. Methods HIV surveillance data from 2010 to 2013 among MSM in Jinan were analyzed using univariate and multivariate Logistic regressions. Results The HIV prevalence was found to be 2. 0%,5. 0%,6. 8% and 10. 8%,respectively,and the syphilis infectious were 6. 0%,9. 5%,15. 0% and 17. 8%,respectively from 2010 to 2013. In multivariate Logistic regression analysis,HIV infection was independently associated with year,syphilis infection,condom use in last six month,commercial sex behavior,the local residence time and heterosexual behavior. Conclusions The prevalence of HIV and syphilis show statistically significant increase from 2010 to 2013,and HIVrelated high risk behaviors are high among this population. It is urgent to carry out effective HIV / AIDS control and prevention to decrease HIV epidemic among this population in Jinan.
