茉莉酸甲酯喷施时间对粳型水稻不育系花时诱导效应研究

摘　　要：用2 mmol/L茉莉酸甲酯溶液分别于7:00、9:00和15:00对田间粳型不育系进行喷雾处理,观察了茉莉酸甲酯对粳型不育系的颖花开放诱导效应。结果表明:不同类型的粳型不育系对茉莉酸甲酯诱导颖花开放的响应有各自的特点;两系粳型不育系白天时段都可以在茉莉酸甲酯诱导下形成开花高峰,响应速度快、开花峰值高,但是开花高峰持续时间短;三系粳型不育系只能在午前被茉莉酸甲酯诱导形成开花高峰,高峰持续时间长,但是响应速度慢、开花峰值低。因此,在实际制种中,要根据不育系类型合理确定适宜的茉莉酸甲酯喷施时间,确保父母本花时吻合才能大幅度提高制种产量。Two keng rice sterile lines in field were sprayed with 2-mmol/L methyl jasmonate solution respectively at 7：00,9：00 and 15：00,and their flowering time variations were observed.The results showed that the effects of spraying methyl jasmonate on the 2 lines＇ flowering time were different.The keng rice sterile line of two-line system could be induced by methyl jasmonate in the whole daytime and form the flowering peak,being quick in response speed and high in peak value but short in peak duration;The keng rice sterile line of three-line system could be induced by methyl jasmonate only in the forenoon and form the flowering peak,being long in peak duration but slow in response speed and low in peak value.So the suitable time of spraying methyl jasmonate should be chosen according to the types of sterile lines to ensure the flowering times of both male and female parents coincidence and largely improve the seed production.
