摘　　要：供热管网系统目前存在很多问题,比如失水偷水严重、腐蚀穿孔、换热器结垢等,最严重的问题是腐蚀结垢,特别是系统补水量的增大更增加了缓蚀阻垢的难度。这不仅要求缓蚀阻垢剂在高温下维持系统所需的阻垢率和缓蚀性能,也要求阻垢缓蚀剂本身具备良好的稳定性,不易在高温下分解。市面上的普通阻垢缓蚀剂很难达到这一要求,而威海翔宇环保科技股份有限公司研发的碱性固体缓蚀阻垢剂GH1000,是由多种功能各异的成份组成的有机结合无机复配水处理药剂,集防腐、阻垢、水质软化、运行中除垢锈、预保护膜、抑制菌藻及湿法停机保护多重功能于一体,在处理供暖水系统上能达到十分优越的效果。There are many problems in the system of heating network,such as water loss,water loss,corrosion and perforation,fouling,etc.,the most serious problem is the corrosion fouling,especially the increase of the amount of water supply is more difficult to increase the corrosion and scale inhibition. Market ordinary scale and corrosion inhibitor is difficult to achieve this requirement,and Weihai Xiangyu Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd. research and development of alkaline solid corrosion inhibitor GH1000 is consists of a variety of functions of different components of organic combination of inorganic compound water treatment agent,set of corrosion,scale inhibition,water softening,in the operation of rust and scale,pre protection membrane,inhibition of bacteria and algae and wet shutdown protection of multiple functions in one,in dealing with the water heating system can achieve the effect is superior.
