摘 要:探讨了PAHs商用小柱应用于分离原油芳烃组分的可行性。通过对Cleanert EPH-petroleum、MIP-PAHs两种小柱在3种不同配比溶剂下的空白加标实验,考察了小柱对16种PAHs的萃取效果。采用萃取柱空白和原油分离实验,观测了原油样品中烷烃和芳烃的分离效果。结果表明,EPH-petroleum小柱在二氯甲烷洗脱条件下的萃取效果最佳,PAHs空白加标回收率为58.6%-96.5%,RSD(n=5)为0.41%-7.24%。而对于原油样品中烃类的分离,Cleanert EPH-petroleum小柱的分离效果优于MIPPAHs小柱。但因柱填料杂质较多,两种小柱仅适用于原油样品中芳烃组分的选择性萃取。The feasibility of aromatic hydrocarbons separation from crude oil with commercial PAHs cartridges was discussed. The extraction effect of sixteen PAHs with Cleanert EPH- petroleum and MIP- PAHs was investigated by standard- addition in blank with solvent of different ratio. The separation effect of alkanes and aromatic hydrocarbons in crude oil was observed by comparing blank and crude oil samples. The results showed that the best extraction effect with EPH- petroleum cartridge was got by elution with dichloromethane,the recoveries of PAHs ranged from 58. 6% to 96.5%,the relative standard deviation ranged( n = 5) from 0. 14% to 7. 24%. The separation effect of hydrocarbons in crude oil with EPH- petroleum cartridge was better than it with MIP- PAHs cartridge. But two cartridges were only suitable for the selective extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons in crude oil because there were so many impurities.
