摘 要:人的要素是企业生产过程中最为关键的环节,在保证煤化工企业生产装置安(全)、满(负荷)、长(期)、稳(定)、优(质)运行情况下,积极地开展有针对性的煤化工装置虚拟化操作培训显得尤为重要。将虚拟培训技术应用到装置操作培训,可以有效降低培训成本,规避培训风险,还可以通过寓教于乐的学习过程,极大地提高培训效果与培训质量。本文对虚拟培训技术进行了概述,讨论了一种构建煤化工装置虚拟操作培训系统的设计方案,介绍了系统结构设计、功能设计等内容。Human is the most important factor in the production process of the enterprise. It is of great importance to conduct corresponding virtual operation training of coal chemical plant under the insurance of the safety,full load,long- term,stable and high quality operation of the equipments. Virtual training technique applied to the device operation training can effectively reduce training costs and circumvent the risks of the training,can also greatly improve the effectiveness and quality of training through the learning process of a similar game. In this paper,the virtual training technology is summarized,a kind of design scheme of virtual operation training system for coal chemical plant is discussed,and the mode and the process of the training,the structure and the function of the system are introduced.
