摘  要:研究了PVC树脂、稳定剂、增塑剂、填料等的种类和用量对PVC盐膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:①高聚合度PVC树脂具有较高的力学性能,适合生产PVC盐膜;②与液体钙锌稳定剂CZ-11相比,液体有机锡稳定剂17MOK的性价比更高,用量宜在1.0-2.0份;③增塑剂A和TOTM适合用作PVC盐膜的主增塑剂,其中TOTM的适宜用量为40份;④含有纳米重质碳酸钙的PVC盐膜的拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变高于超细轻质碳酸钙,其适宜用量为10份。The effects of kinds and amounts of PVC resins,stabilizers,plasticizers,fillers on mechanical properties of PVC salt membranes were studied. The results showed that: ① the PVC resins with high polymerization degree had better mechanical properties and were suitable for the production of PVC salt membranes; ② compared with liquid calcium zinc stabilizer C Z- 11,liquid organic tin stabilizer 17 MOK was more cost-effective,and its suitable amount was 1. 0- 2. 0 parts; ③ plasticizer A and TOTM were suitable for primary plasticizer for PVC salt membranes,and the suitable amount of TOTM was 40 parts; ④ the tensile strength and fracture strain of PVC salt membranes containing heavy nano-calcium carbonates were higher than that of those containing ultrafine light calcium carbonate,and the suitable amount of heavy nano-calcium carbonate was 10 parts.
