氯乙烯合成转化器在生产实践中应用的研究

摘　　要：阐述了氯乙烯合成转化器换热管和管板强度密封胀接、强度焊及焊胀结合3种连接形式下的加工制作过程。在生产实践的基础上,分析了换热管和管板连接的可靠性,结果表明焊胀结合的连接方式是最佳选择。The manufacture processes of converters for synthesis of vinyl chloride, of which tubeshe- ets and heat exchange tubes were connected in three ways, i.e. strength seal expansion joint, strength welding, and combined expansion and welding, were introduced. Based on practical production, the re- liability of connection of heat transfer tubes with tubesheets was analyzed. The results showed that the combined expansion and welding connection was the best choice.
