摘 要:为了提高分布式电源接入配电网可靠性分析精度,缩短评估时间,提出了一种基于馈线分区与故障模式影响分析相结合的评估方法。计及分布式电源出力和负荷随机性,计算各负荷点可靠运行的概率及分区的可靠性指标。为避免枚举所有元件的故障情况,可将分区看作单个元件进行故障遍历,评估配电系统的可靠性。利用此算法,评估IEEE-RBTS Bus6的F4馈线的可靠性,分析结果证明了该理论的正确性,表明了评估方法可实现分布式电源出力不确定性及负荷随机性的模拟,为分布式电源接入复杂配电网进行可靠性分析提供了依据。To improve the reliability evaluation accuracy of distribution network containing distributed generation,and shorten the evaluation time,an evaluation method based on feeder partition and failure mode effects analysis is proposed. This method,considering the randomness of distributed generation output and load,is used to calculate the probability of reliable operation at each load point and the reliability indices of partition. To avoid enumerating all fault conditions of components,the partition can be regarded as a single component. Then the fault conditions are hunted,the reliability of distribution system evaluated. The application of this algorithm to the reliability evaluation of the main feeder F4 in IEEE-RBTS Bus6 system justifies the theory. And it indicates that the evaluation method can realize the simulation of the distributed power output and load uncertainty. In addition,the current research can provide proofs for the reliability analysis of distributed power supply connected to the complex distribution network.
