摘　　要：目前集中发电、远距离输电的传统电力系统存在着能耗高、污染严重等问题,分布式能源可实现能源梯级利用,具有能源综合利用效率高、节能环保等优点,受到广泛关注。文章介绍了国内外分布式能源的发展现状,分析了国内分布式能源的主要政策及限制分布式能源发展的瓶颈因素、发展前景,为公司分布式能源的政策制定提供了参考。The centralized power generation and long-distance transmission of traditional power system caused high energy consumption and serious pollution. Because of the energy cascade utilization, distributed energy resource had the advantage of high energy comprehensive utilization, energy saving and environmental protection, which had been widely concerned. The current application status was introduced in this paper. In order to provide a reference for distributed energy policy, the main policy and the key factor which limited distributed energy resource were analyzed.
