摘　　要：从国内外环境物质法规管理的应用情况,引出汽车企业对改善产品合规管理的期望,并指出汽车合规管理业务存在的问题,同时综合国内外环境合规管理经验,提出了汽车企业环境合规管理系统方案及其业务实现流程,并通过实例验证了系统的可行性。The auto makers are expected to improve the product compliance management due to applicationof information management of environmental and substance regulations at home and abroad. The existingproblems are indicated with regard to compliance management business of vehicles. Combined with the management experience on environmental compliance at home and abroad, the system solutions toenvironmental compliance management in auto makers and the business process are presented accordingly. In addition, the feasibility of system is validated by examples.
