摘　　要：本文旨在对OCLC与中国国家图书馆的合作现状做一综述。回溯了两者合作的历程,指出共享与共赢是两者合作的最好诠释。本文还展望了在网络时代两者合作的前景,指出两者未来的合作重点和发展趋势。In this paper, the cooperation between OCLC and NLC is reviewed and discussed. First, we take a retro- spective look at the cooperation history of the two organizations and point out that co - use and co - win are essential to the cooperation. Then we make a prospective outlook on their future cooperation in this interact era.
