螺杆泵举升技术在深层稠油冷采中的应用

摘　　要：准东吉7井区为普通稠油油藏,采用常规注水开发。因油藏埋深大、原油粘度较高,常规举升工艺存在举升困难、负荷大、泵效低、能耗高等问题。通过技术优选及配套,在吉7井区采用法国PCM螺杆泵举升,成功解决了该油藏采用常规抽油机井难开采的问题,为深层稠油冷采提供了一条新的途径,且应用效果好,目前已规模应用,经济效益显著。Ji-7well area of Zhundong is an ordinary heavy oil reservoir. It is developed by the conventional water injection. Due to deep burial and high viscosity of crude oil,conventional lifting technology has some problems such as: lifting difficulty,high load,low pump efficiency,high energy consumption. Through the technology optimization and matching,PCM screw pump lifting in Ji-7well area successfully resolved the problem of lifting difficulty by conventional lifting unit. It provides a new way for cold recovery of heavy oil in deep,and the application effect is good. It has been applied widely,and economic benefit is remarkable.
