摘　　要：目的通过PDCA的管理方法,评估对糖尿病患者胰岛素注射管理前、后血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2015年1—3月门诊注射胰岛素糖尿病患者100例,分成两组。治疗组患者使用PDCA管理方法加强进行教育,分析危险因素,制定个性化的治疗计划,并进行3个月的跟踪调研,对照组则按常规治疗并门诊随访。治疗组患者采用SF-36糖尿病简易生活质量量表评估。统计患者各个相关因素,并进行综合分析。结果经过PDCA管理后的治疗组患者,在治疗前、后的胰岛素管理和知识方面、生活质量方面均有显著的提升。而在血糖控制方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论通过PDCA的管理方法,居家糖尿病患者胰岛素注射管理前、后血糖控制及生活质量均有大幅优化与提升。Objective To evaluate the effect of blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus before and after insulin injection by PDCA management. Methods Select 100 patients with diabetes mellitus received insulin injection for treatment from January 2015 to March 2015 in our hospital,divided them into two groups. The treatment group strengthened the education by PDCA management,analyzed the risks,formulated individualized treatment plans and surveyed follow-up studies for 3 months.Meanwhile the control group received conventional treatment and follow-up. The patients in treatment group use simple life quality scale of SF-36 to evaluate the quality of life. Summarize statistical data and analyze comprehensively. Results The treatment group managed by PDCA,had significant improvement in the knowledge of insulin management and also improve their quality of life. The treatment group was better than the control group in blood glucose control（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusions After PDCA management,patients with diabetes mellitus significantly improved the effect of blood glucose control and quality of life before and after insulin injection.
