摘　　要：本文结合某钢厂的实际情况对加热炉燃烧系统进行分析,选用了双交叉限幅控制方式对各段进行温度控制,采用德国SIEMENS PLC的S7-400和WINCC实现工业控制,设计合理,控制效果良好,能满足钢厂的基本需求.According to the actual situation of a certain steel heating furnace,the article analyzes the combustion system,and choose the double-cross limit control method to control the temperature of the zones,the German SIEMENS PLC S7-400 and WINCC industrial control software,the system was designed reasonablyreliably and could meet the control requirements of the production of steel.
