普瑞巴林治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨普瑞巴林治疗神经根型颈椎病的安全性及临床疗效。方法神经根型颈椎病患者100例，随机分为普瑞组和洛索组，各组50例。洛索组予以洛索洛芬钠片、甲钴胺片口服，普瑞组予甲钴胺片及普瑞巴林胶囊75mg／次，VI服2次，d，3d后加量至150rag／次，口服2次／d维持。观察两组VAS评分、疼痛对睡眠的干扰、焦虑情绪变化及治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者各评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后各时点普瑞组各评分均较洛索组低（P〈0．05）；普瑞组各评分治疗后第3、7、14日较治疗前降低，第7、14日较第3日低，第14日较第7日低（P〈0．05）。普瑞组治疗有效率为94％（47150例），高于洛索组54％（27／50例）（P〈0．05）。结论普瑞巴林可有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛，改善睡眠，缓解焦虑情绪，安全性好，治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the clinical safety and efficacy of pregabalin in the treatment of pa- tients with nerve root type cervical spondylopathy. Methods One hundred patients with cervical spondylopa- thy of nerve root type were randomly divided into pregabalin group and loxoprofen group, 50 cases in each group. Patients were received oral loxoprofen sodium tablets and mecobalamin tablets in the loxoprofen group, and in the pregabalin group received oral mecobalamin and pregabalin capsule 75 mg everytime, twice daily, added to 150 mg after 3 days, maintained twice daily. VAS, sleep disturbance of pain, change of anxiety score and therapeutic effects were observed. Results No difference of the VAS, sleep disturbance of pain and anxi- ety score were found in the two groups before the treatment （P〉 0.05）; all scores were significantly lower in pregabalin group than those in loxoprofen group at each time points after the treatment （19〈 0.05） , and all scores decreased significantly in pregabalin group at 3,7,14 d after the treatment than those before the treat- ment （P〈 0.05） , those at 7,14 d decreased significantly than those at 3 d （P〈 0.05）, those at 14 d decreased significantly than those at 7 d （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate was 94% （47/50 cases） in pregabalin group, which was significantly higher than that in loxoprofen group （54%, 27/50 cases） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pregaba- lin can effectively relieve the pain of nerve root type cervical spondylopathy, improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety with good safety.
