摘  要:针对元坝高含硫气田高程变化的起伏管路和无高程变化的水平管路易产生积液的问题,详细分析了气液比、管径、输送压力、流速以及高程变化等单因素对管路持液率的影响规律,基于此建立了"点—段—面"的"持液量与高程变化联合判断管网积液规律"的技术方法,并将该方法应用于元坝气田YB271—YB272H管路分析中,预判此管路为元坝海相积液严重的管路,存在腐蚀安全隐患,建议在元坝271站增设分离器实施气液分输工艺,可有效减少50%持液量以降低管路积液腐蚀的风险。In most high- H2 S gasfields, Yuanba area, liquid loading may be found in not only hilly terrain pipelines but also horizontal pipelines. So, in this study, the effects of some factors including gas- liquid ratio, caliber, transport pressure, flowing rate,and elevation change on liquid holdup ratio are analyzed in detail;and a technological approach, that liquid loading is decided by both liquid holdup ratio and elevation change, is developed. This approach was applied to analyzing the YB271—YB272H pipelines in Yuanba gasfield. Results show a hidden damage of corrosion exists in these pipelines due to serious marine liquid loading. Finally, a suggestion that a separator should be installed to implement a gasliquid separate transportation is made in order to effectively decrease a half of liquid holdup ratio, further resulting in a decrease of liquid loading corrosion.
