能源革命视角下的非常规天然气开发策略研究

摘　　要：我国非常规天然气资源丰富,潜力巨大,是中国能源供应安全保障的重要基础。在梳理我国能源形势四大特征的基础上,分析了加快发展我国非常规天然气产业的重要性及面临的挑战,围绕四个革命和一个对外合作,提出了加快我国非常规天然气开发的策略,包括大力推进绿色清洁生产,积极探索全产业链混合所有制,加快非常规天然气国际合作与交流等。The rich unconventional gas and great gas potentials of China are important guarantee for the supply of Chinese energy.After studying the four characteristics of Chinese energy, the paper analyzes the importance of rapid development of Chinese unconventional gas industry and the challenges and puts forwards the strategies(including promoting green and clean production, researching whole-industry chain diversified ownership and accelerating international cooperation and exchange on unconventional natural gas)on the development of Chinese unconventional gas concerning four revolutions and one foreign cooperation.
