摘  要:为了研究异步起动永磁同步电机起动过程中永磁体的退磁情况,建立了计及饱和、温度等多种因素影响的时步有限元模型。分析了异步起动永磁同步电机起动过程中,鼠笼式结构转子对永磁磁场的屏蔽作用,以及通过施加不同负载,对永磁体的退磁规律进行了总结归纳。根据定转子合成磁动势对永磁体产生最大退磁时刻的退磁预估场图,重新建立了最恶劣起动过程中退磁后的有限元模型,对比分析了退磁前后电机的起动性能。To research the demagnetization of permanent magnet during the starting process of line- start permanent magnet synchronous motor( LSPMSM),the time- stepping finite element models considering the influence of saturation,temperature and other factors were established. During the line- starting process,the shielding effect of squirrel- cage rotor on permanent magnet was analyzed,and the demagnetization principle under different load conditions was summarized.At the time of maximum demagnetization in permanent magnet produced by the synthesis MMF of stator and rotor,according to the demagnetization prediction field graph,the finite element models under the most abominable starting process after demagnetization were established. The influence of demagnetization effect on the performance of motor startup was analyzed.
